*Ideal Candidates should have good communication, problem solving and
analytical skills*****

·          Analyze product information - product log files and over WebEx***

·          Identify the issue and propose a solution or workaround****

·          Provide root cause analysis of the issue and steps to prevent
from reoccurrence****

·          Connect with team as required to resolve customer issues****

·          Resources would be expected to work on weekends and shift on
rotation****
